About Me
I live in Hampshire with my two cats, children and partner.
I decided to train as a therapist after experiencing the amazing impact therapy had on my own life.
Being neurodiverse myself, along with my children and family, gives me a real understanding of the challenges many people face. I truly believe we all have the power to better our and relationships just by getting to know ourselves better.
I have also been a goldsmith for 25 years, and see the value in having a creative outlet for wellbeing.
I have lived and professional experience of living with addiction, grief, baby and pregnancy loss, late ADHD diagnosis, anxiety, depression, and life changes.
